It contains silicone additives for improved adhesion, flexibility and water-resistance. It forms a durable, 100% waterproof and weather-proof seal. Resists gas, oil, grease and salt. Paintable. Easy to apply, low in odor and water clean-up. VOC compliant. Interior/exterior use.
